The hotel was relaxing and quaint with amazing location close to local attractions and other restaurants and Tamil Nadu and the seafront. Liked the room on the higher floors, my bed was extremely comfy. I had a freshly cooked meal at the outdoor restaurant.

They gave us air conditioned room on the higher floors. The staff was reasonably good and attentive and check in was early.

The service was attentive, nothing to complain about. The facilities were quite modern and easy to use.

The rooms they have were contemporary and well-appointed with aircondition and an extra bed and a balcony.

Enjoyed my fun stay at the Villa Shanti restaurant between December and February. The restaurant had a wide range of tasty meals for breakfast. The property was in the heart of the city. Would recomand this place and would come here again...

I was pleased with great service. The room with comfortable beds. Location: the hotel was just next door to honking vehicles can be a nuisance, the erstwhile French Quarter, and promenade, cafe's.

A twin room with balcony was the best. The hotel had a magnificent location close to Promenade Beach.

We loved being at this hotel! This place was perfectly located in the heart of a lively area while still being on a quiet street. The staff provided us with a welcome drink and were always courteous and accommodating to our early check-in and late check-out. The room was equipped with an electric kettle, air conditioning and a comfortable sitting area. We also enjoyed the in-room dining table and terrace, which had garden furniture for a pure relaxation experience.

Service and proffesionalism on a very high level compared to other Indian hotel experiences. Friendly staff. Clean and with a nice design. We stayed on the floor level which made our stay extremely child friendly. The food is keeping a very high quality level, both continental and Indian. The breakfast was wonderful.

The food was awesome. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean and quite quaint.

The noise in the rooms from other parts of the hotel continued late into the night and was very disturbing. The open shower concept is good for couples but very poor for friends / children / other relatives. It is noisy for the other person as well as robs you of privacy.

Greatly enjoyed Pondicherry, the hotel was well appointed to market for ginger. The rooms were functional and contemporary with great amenities.

Had air-conditioned twin room with a balcony as well as nice bathroom. The staff were really helpful and attentive and provided an excellent service. My breakfast included coffee and pastries.

By and large, it was wonderful base for sightseeing in Pondicherry, had much fun. The location was fantastic, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Statue of Dupleix. The outdoor restaurant around bar and restaurant was the best part.
